Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and the UK GDPR, users of Flightless Code Ltd applications (including Kiwi Driver, Family Safety Lab, and Battle Chess) can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

      Important: Deletion is permanent. Once completed, your subscription tokens, saved routes, address memories, and family circles cannot be recovered.
    

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

Open the application on your mobile device.
Navigate to Settings or tap your profile avatar.
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account & Data.
Confirm your deletion. Your account, session tokens, and cached telemetry are immediately wiped from our servers.

Option 2: Web / Email Request (Processed within 72 Hours)

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to:

Please include:

The application name (e.g. Kiwi Driver or Family Safety Lab).
The email address or phone identifier associated with your account.

We will verify your request and confirm complete deletion via return email within 72 hours.
