Account & Data Deletion
We provide full transparent control over your accounts, stored route records, and personal identifiers.
1. Immediate In-App Deletion
To permanently erase your driver account and all local data instantly:
- Open Kiwi Driver on your Android mobile device.
- Tap the Profile icon in the navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom section marked Delete Driver Account.
- Confirm Permanently Delete.
This operation immediately wipes your authenticated user record, clears private cache entries, and purges all locally stored delivery notes.
2. Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or can no longer access your device, you can submit an account deletion request by emailing:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account. Do not send passwords or payment information.
3. What Data Is Removed?
- Authentication profile and user unique identifiers.
- Saved delivery routes, stop sequences, and navigation history.
- Locally cached gate access codes and delivery notes (Driver Memory).
Web deletion requests are verified and processed within 30 days in full accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
