Is Family Beacon an emergency service?
No. Do not rely on the app for urgent help. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.
How do I get help with location sharing or family access?
Email [email protected]. Do not include a child’s location, pairing PIN, password or other sensitive details in email.
How are children’s data and parent controls handled?
Family Beacon follows COPPA requirements. Guardians create child profiles using a temporary PIN; children do not provide a separate email, phone number or password. Location sharing is off by default and visible while active. Read the privacy policy and product safeguards.
